Case of First Impression

Citing the broad discretion courts have in fashioning appropriate relief for violations of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, the Third Circuit held that reimbursement to a parent for the time she personally spent working with her disable child after the county refused to provide early intervention services constituted appropriate relief under IDEA.
