Controvery in Courts

According to this article, courts in Oregon are deciding the issue of whether school districts have to reimburse parents for the price of private schooling when the parents claim that their children are not getting FAPE by public schools. I'm going to see if I can find the decisions on line and will post them as soon as I can (if I can find them).

Are you familiar with Gorn's book? I do believe there are cases cited in her book; however, in light of the Maryland case, this is going to be difficult for parents.

I felt that in the Maryland case that middle class families and poor families were especially targeted.
