WOW! I did a FAPE search and it appears we have a lot of common. Is FAPE still receiving the funding through the federal government?
Our school districts that our financially in dire straights are not providing the adequate services to which are children deserve.
I have a web-page here in the midwest to get the word out to parents who are being "lured" into the false reality their school districts can fully offer the services to which their children are entitled by law.
Is it the same in California?
What do you see hear that we can help in the Midwest?
