Depression
Well, we're all depressed over the Supreme Court's decision in Schaffer v. Weast (well, except the school attorneys). So is the New York Times.

I too am depressed with the outcome of this case. Do you know if the parent's can appeal their case to the Federal level?
Queen Anne, just for your information, this case was decided by the Supreme Court of the United States. There are no more appeals, at least not on the issue decided in the case.
